Interested in Sound Healing?
I offer sound healing as a compliment to psychotherapy for clients that are interested in it. This happens in a few ways; It can be incorporated during a guided meditation online or in person where sounds are used to support nervous system regulation. Sometimes I work with tuning forks or bowls at the end of a session to help compliment and integrate the work that occurred. It’s a wonderful adjunct to therapy. My sound tools include tuning forks, crystal bowls, metal bowls, chimes and rattles.
